Full-Scale Launch​

Q2 Full-Scale Launch​

  1. Community Roundtable/Forum
    Host monthly forums on immigration experiences, education, and mental health. Accumulate discussion outcomes for policy recommendations.

  2. Intergenerational Mentorship ProgramComplete mentor-mentee matching and hold quarterly workshops on career guidance, language, and culture. Incorporate mid-term feedback for adjustments.

  3. Leadership Workshops
    Conduct 1-2 sessions featuring success stories in business, law, and arts. Facilitate networking and share community organizing insights.

  4. Collaborative Projects & Digital Archive
    Pilot intergenerational connection projects and conduct interviews with 5-10 first-generation immigrants for the digital archive initiative.

Q3 Mid-Term Expansion​

  1. Business Expo
    Form Expo Task Force, confirm venue/date, begin promotions, and recruit participating businesses, volunteers, and sponsors.
  2. Roundtable Series
    Cover topics on community leadership, political engagement, and economic self-reliance. Refine policy recommendations and prepare proposals for government and institutions.

  3. Mentorship Program
    Assess satisfaction, consider recruiting additional participants, and offer practical programs such as workplace tours and cultural events.

  4. Leadership Workshops & Scholarships
    Conduct advanced workshops on specialized topics and begin evaluating scholarship and grant applications.

Q4 Evaluation and Planning​

  1. Cultural Heritage Festival
    Host comprehensive event with performances, traditional games, arts, and food exhibitions. Conduct post-event survey.
  2. Scholarship Awards Ceremony
    Present awards to selected students, entrepreneurs, and community project teams. Recognize sponsors and donors.

  3. Annual Assessment
    Analyze program performance, review progress of community projects, and develop detailed plans for 2026.

  4. Year-End Networking

    Broaden the scope of Forum and Mentorship Programs. Explore new areas such as cross-ethnic exchanges and intergenerational tech education. Consider linking Cultural Heritage Festival with other communities.

    Increase diversity of interview subjects, strengthen multimedia content, and upgrade the operating platform. Launch official promotional campaign to increase visibility and engagement.

    Exhibit historical stories at festivals/forums. Develop secondary outputs like publications and documentaries.
